A basic level

The purpose of the course is to promote the active involvement of students in the sphere of real communication and educational activities at the university, the expansion of background knowledge about the country of the language being studied.

The program includes the following aspects: phonetics, grammar, conversational practice. The scope and content of the course may vary depending on the specific level of language competence and professional interests of the students.

The educational course of the center "Dalchin" in the Russian language consists of three levels:

  • Elementary
  • Base
  • Advanced

Phonetics

Tasks: correction of pronunciation based on a conscious approach, work on the mechanisms of coherent spontaneous speech.

Content: norms of oral speech

  • Types of Russian pronunciation and orthoepic norms.
  • Percussion and unstressed vocalism. Correction of deviations in the pronunciation of vowels.
  • Diagnosis and correction of deviations in the field of consonantism.
  • Variation of sounds in connected speech.
  • Rhythmic structure of speech. Work on the pace of speech.
  • Intonation structure of speech.
  • Semantic and stylistic functions of intonational means.

Grammar

Tasks: repetition and review of the difficulties of Russian grammar.

Content: grammar in the aspects of the system of language, text and communicative context.

  • Morphology. Word formation.
  • Meaning of verb prefixes and suffixes.
  • Formation and use of verb forms.
  • Verb types.
  • verbs of motion.
  • Syntax. Offer types.
  • Active and passive designs.
  • Expression of the values of a condition, cause, effect, etc. in a complex sentence.


Speaking practice

Tasks: replenishment, systematization and activation of vocabulary, automation of spontaneous speech mechanisms, development of reading and writing skills based on texts containing country-specific information about Russian life.


Contents: academic topics.

A problem-thematic course of 7-10 topics, including information about Russian speech behavior and etiquette in a broad cultural context.


Suggested topics:

Biography, family, interests;

  • Choice of profession and expression of attitude towards it;
  • Education system in Russia and in the native country;
  • Studying foreign languages and Russian as a foreign language;
  • Lifestyle, communication, traditions, holidays;
  • Leisure time: art, sports, travel, entertainment;
  • City as a center of culture and tourism, problems of the city;
  • Russia and native country (geography, economics, history);
  • Famous figures of science and culture.

Linguistic and cultural material: Literary texts of varying degrees of adaptation, media materials, news reports about the cultural life of Russia.

Conversational practice for intermediate students is usually combined with the courses "Analysis of literary text" and "Language of the media".

The Intermediate level program is designed for 72 academic hours.

Successful completion of the course allows you to meet the needs of the student in the domestic, cultural, educational and professional sphere of communication, and the opportunity to pass an exam to obtain a certificate.

Russian: Intermediate level: they will be able to:
